3. Conditions of Seller

3.2 Product Listings: Sellers are in charge of ensuring that the goods they post on the Platform are accurate and compliant with the law. Weapons, narcotics, toxic chemicals, and illicit or counterfeit goods are only a few examples of what is prohibited.

3.3. Order Fulfilment and Delivery: Sellers are in charge of promptly processing orders and keeping sufficient stock levels. Users must be informed in full of delivery schedules and costs.

4. Delivery Personnel Terms

4.1. Registration and Background Check: Delivery personnel must register an account and undergo a background check to ensure trust and reliability.

4.2. Delivery Standards: Delivery personnel must adhere to safety standards and deliver orders promptly and courteously. They are expected to follow all traffic regulations and ensure the safe handling of goods.

5. User Terms 

5.1. Ordering: Users may place orders for products listed on the Platform. Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and payment details.

5.2. Feedback and Reviews: Users may provide feedback on their experience with sellers and delivery personnel. Feedback must be honest and constructive, and users must not engage in any form of harassment or abuse.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1. Illegal Activities: You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or violation of intellectual property rights.

6.2. Interference: You may not interfere with the operation of the Platform or with other users' use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to hacking, scraping, or distributing malware.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Disclaimer: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content on the Platform. 

7.2. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall GOTE JAGA or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

11. Account Termination

11.1. Termination: At any time, for any reason, including but not limited to breaking these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity, we retain the right to suspend or cancel your account and access to the Platform. 

11.2. Effect of Termination: You must stop using the Platform and all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately expire upon termination of your account. These Terms' sections that, by their very nature, ought to endure termination shall do so, including but not restricted to the clauses pertaining to copyright, indemnity, and liability limitations.

Refund Policy

Our Company aims to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or refund an item. This policy outlines the procedures for requesting refunds or returns.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • Perishable Goods (e.g., Fresh Produce, Dairy, Meat, etc.):

    • Due to the nature of perishable goods, we only accept returns or refunds if the product is damaged, spoiled, or not as described at the time of delivery.
    • Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Non-Perishable Goods (e.g., Canned Foods, Packaged Goods, Household Items):

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
    • Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items:

    • If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.

3. Process for Returns and Refunds
